Dorado Country Club Estates is a centrally located neighborhood on Tucson’s east side. Prices for homes in Dorado Country Club Estate range from the mid $100,000’s to just under $500,000. Most of the homes are two to four bedroom floorplans with garages. While many homes are older, most have seen upgrades and updates including new flooring, granite countertops, and even home extensions. Dorado Country Club Estates also has a community pool for use by residents. Many homes offer gorgeous views of the greens and mountains providing spectacular Arizona sunsets.

Residents of Dorado Country Club Estates enjoy the neighborhood’s close proximity to much of Tucson. Just a few miles from the University of Arizona, the development is also close to shopping and restaurants. The Park Place Mall is only two miles from the community while the Wilmot Library and St. Joseph’s Hospital are even closer.

Families residing in Dorado Country Club Estates are served by the Tucson Unified School District. Public schools include Hudlow Elementary, Booth-Fickett Math and Science Magnet School, and Palo Verde High School. A number of private schools and charters are also available from which residents may choose.
